Is it time to exercise or not?  Do you want to remain the current weight and inches and health status or change it?  Have you been trying the same thing over and over and not getting results?

No more kidding around!  Time to get real about the number of calories you need and the number going in your mouth!  If too much is going in, you will not lose weight.  If you are not moving using different exercises and methods, your body will be used to your current movement and will not change.
