What’s your primary exercise program? What is your back up plan when “things” get in your way? Let’s be certain your exercise program is a time for you to move more, de-stress, become healthier through reaching your healthy weight. Making a plan and a plan B, just in case, gets you on the right track to success.
What’s your primary exercise program? Is it running down your friends and jumping to conclusions? Or is it real exercise? Make it part of day and part of every week and odds are good that you will reach your weight loss goal and become so much more healthy. And feel great too! You’ve got to enjoy your program, whether your enjoyment comes from the feeling after it’s done, or the music, or the great outdoors, or even the challenge. I love it all! Each exercise program that I do keeps me coming back for more because of what it adds to my life, besides being fit. The last program, Insanity, gave me a challenge I didn’t want to put down! Just had to keep going!
Do you have a plan B exercise program? You may not get to your exercise program as planned but when that happens, you need to have a plan B. Another exercise plan that will keep you going or just take a rest day. A rest day or two a week is important but too many days off might get you off track for a week which could turn into much, much longer than a week. So, what is your plan B exercise program? Is it going for a walk or run or bike ride? Is it a split weight training session in your home, 10 minutes now and 10 minutes right before bed? As long as you fit it in, doesn’t matter when, Just Do It!
