Eat too Little = No Weight Loss
If you want to lose weight and burn fat and you’ve tried starving yourself or missing meals, now is the time to make the change. You have probably experienced a weight gain as a result of cutting down your meals or eliminating them. So… eating too little doesn’t work for good lasting weight loss. But eating enough does! This is how you do it, good lasting weight loss at home!
- Retrain your body to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and some healthy snacks. Even if it’s something small, do it.
