What if you had less than an hour available to you to exercise? Do you know how you would spend your time? Most people don’t have the expertise to know what to do. If they know what to do, maybe they could be working out a little more efficiently?
In less than an hour, you can do exercises to burn fat all day. Here’s how:
- Choose a weight training session. I chose P90 Sculpt 3-4. This took 35 mins with very little breaks. That’s the way to go for great calorie burn and overall burn to continue most of the day.
- Next, choose a hard cardio session. Hard for you. I chose Turbo Fire, HIIT 15. This was less than 20 mins and had 9 bursts of higher intensity work. This will really get the fat burning all day.
When time is limited, choose wisely. There are great exercise programs out there for people who think they are too busy. Maybe you are a busy mom or dad or maybe you work a ton of hours. Just find less than an hour and you can get fit. I will support you when you ask.
