Would it be strange to make your jeans part of your weight loss exercise routine?  We all have a pair of jeans that we grew out of, but still love them.  Still know or hope that one day those wonderful jeans will fit again.   Well, they can fit and that one day can be sooner than later.  Here’s how you can make your jeans part of your weight loss exercise program…

Find the jeans that you just grew out of.  The ones that are just a little tight, the pockets might be popping out and you feel too uncomfortable to wear them in public.  Those jeans are the best for your weight loss exercise plan!!

Try them on.  Yes, try them on and see how they fit.  If you don’t like it, great!  This is your motivation.   You fit into them before and you can fit into them again.

Try them on weekly or monthly.   Get more motivation.  Be sure you are doing your weight loss exercises in addition, or else…  your jeans won’t fit even in the slightest.

Stay motivated on your weight loss exercise journey.  It will happen – just keep trying on the jeans.
