Your Child can Help you Lose Weight over 40!
How is it possible to lose weight over 40 when you have a child next to you, demanding your time and attention? Well, involve him in your exercise program. I know, easier said than done but with the right music, your right enthusiasm and daily, consistent workouts, this can happen. And you can consistently exercise!
I exercise daily at 6am. My 5 year old has come to expect it. He especially likes weight training with me. He might join me or not. When he doesn’t, he enjoys his juice, colors, or builds something. Or else, time out. I teach him respect. It’s my time. My time to keep my body healthy. You can too! You can lose weight over 40! You can be healthy! You can teach your child respect.
