Build Fitness into Your Time, Moms, Here’s how!
Ahh, finally time to myself and to show you how happy and grateful I am, I am sharing a small part of my Mom day with you! I think this is what I will do a lot of the summer!!
Bring kids to a hike. Mind you, it doesn’t have to be big or small, just something to get them outside and discovering stuff! Get them involved by pointing out stuff and then they will look too. It gets fun!
Then bring them to a park, to play in the playground and get more tired but have a ton more fun too!
Then home for lunch and a quiet house. Bringing down their volume and excitement.
And bam! Nature takes over! Reading, playing quietly and then nap time! We all could use a nap or time to ourselves to do what we’ve been meaning to do.
You could use this time for meal prep, getting caught up on.. anything!! That way you will be available and ready (mind and body) to exercise! You know that you did what you needed to around your home. You were a good mom to your kids and now it’s your time to burn fat, and get it done!
