with Exercise Programs for Women over 40!

“A bear, however hard he tries, grows tubby without exercise.”
A.A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh

winnie the pooh exercisingMany of us want the easy way out.  We don’t want to do one more thing.  We are already too busy.  But a workout doesn’t have to be long.  It doesn’t have to be a horrible thing.  It can be fun and it can be short enough to fit into a busy schedule.  It’s proven that a great workout of 30 minutes is all you need to get into better shape and lose weight!  There are great exercise programs for women over 40, stay tuned..

What if you continue not to exercise?  What will you feel like in a year or 2 years?  You will probably gain weight, have extra love handles, a “muffin top,” and feel sad you didn’t start exercising when you read this article.  If you don’t exercise, you will also most likely not stick with healthy eating for the long haul, thus gain any weight back that you lost.  Exercise will help you stay on track.

If you start exercising today, you will tighten and tone, depending what you do.  You will stay with healthy eating.  And you will be more likely to stick with it if you have a coach to be accountable to.

Here’s some recommendations for exercise programs for women over 40.  How about slim in 6, for starters?  If you really love Zumba, you would also love Hip Hop abs and Rockin Body!!  So look for those.  And if you have been exercising, look for the new T25 program from Shaun T, creator of Insanity, coming out summer 2013.  It’s a short 25 min for great fat burning!

The most important thing is that you stay consistent with exercise and that you enjoy it!  It’s  a daily process, so you have to enjoy it to do it often enough to lose weight.  Feel free to contact me for motivational assistance.  I am over 40 and these programs worked for me!
