1 Tbsp. unfiltered raw cider vinegar
4 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
1 pinch Himalayan salt
2 cups chopped kale
½ cup chopped cauliflower
½ cup chopped broccoli
½ cup chopped cabbage
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantroPreparation:
1. Combine lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, ginger, and salt in large glass bowl; whisk well.
2. Add kale, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, and cilantro to dressing; toss to coat.Nutritional Information (per serving):
