- Do each exercise slowly and perfectly!
- Make plank position perfect! Keep your body even from your heals to your head. When you are in the plank, pull in your belly button like you are zipping up your jeans.
- Keep going by modifying the exercises – drop to your knees but don’t drop your hips/pelvis.
- Let it burn!!
In the plank position, you will work your abs and also, your shoulders, chest and triceps!
