What will it be? Will you gradually add more pills to your diet and special pill box? Or will you become more active, taking the stairs and having fun to be truly healthy?
Pills… there are so many disadvantages. Side effects, sleepy, loopy, dependency, sad…
Stairs… so many advantages. You can do more. Have more fun with the people you love. Have more stamina to live a fuller life. Stress relief that’s drug and alcohol free. Become stronger and more confident. Spend time with friends exercising. Fit into fun clothes. So many advantages!
Let’s encourage your friends and family to move a little more. To enjoy the movement and have fun with it. Here’s a few tips:
- Make it a game to add more movement to your life on a daily basis. Add up the time or the steps.
- Add one more friend to your workouts this week and next too! You can invite a friend over for a Beachbody video workout. Or for a walk. Or for a class at the gym.
- Try something new that a friend is doing.
