This is delicious!! Choose to make this very nutritious chocolate shakeology shake with caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee.   Do not use hot coffee as it will change the nutrients of the shakeology.  Just brew extra and use it for your shake later!  This is great to add into your day as an afternoon shake to wake you up and keep you going.   Plus, this will give you the extra energy you need for a good energetic exercise program!  Enjoy!

Chocolate Mocha Shakeology

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup cold coffee (cool the brewed coffee over ice first)
1/2 cup water; or nonfat milk; soy, rice, or almond milk
Ice to taste
Tip: Add cinnamon and nutmeg for a cappuccino-flavored shake!
