Why do you experience bloating after a meal?
You are the person who might exercise to get rid of the belly fat and yet, your belly still appears big because of bloating. All of a sudden, you might get pains in your belly and there appears this enlarged, bloated belly that was flat only minutes ago. If you don’t exercise and maybe you might have some belly fat, this still can occur and feels horrible. It can be so discouraging when you are trying to feel better and feel that you are making strides in your weight loss programs and then the bloated belly appears again!!
You get discouraged as you attempt to lose weight over 40, because all you see is the bloat! It’s awful! Painful!
What is it?
It’s an excess of fluids and gas in your belly. It is not an excess of fat cells, which would be belly fat.
Symptoms of bloated belly – not belly fat..
- Stomach distension that’s hard and temporary, not spongy
- Feeling gassy
- Excessive belching
- Sensation that feels like you over ate
- Fullness and tightness in your abdomen
- Abdomen pain
- Change in gut size
- Food sensitivity
What could it be?
It could be so many things. Some say it could be Candida infection, a fungus. Check with your doctor.
What I recommend that works for me, at least temporarily…
I used to have a salad with Chicken for a dinner meal while out working. That bloated me out bigtime! And gave me no energy to do what I needed to. Then I used Shakeology as a meal replacement.
