Mom with Baby can Exercise – this is How!

Moms, you just had your baby and of course, you want your pre-baby body back, right?  Don’t feel guilty about taking time for yourself to get some exercise in.  It’s healthy for you and for your child.  You want to feel good right?!

Here is how you can fit in exercise with baby in the house:

  • Exercise when baby is sleeping.
  • Put baby in an activity center.
  • Give baby belly time.
  • Put baby in bouncy seat.
  • Put baby in car seat.
