Exercise at Home when Pregnant – Turbo Fire

Pregnancy is a special time to take care of yourself, eat healthy and keep exercising.  You can lightly exercise if you haven’t exercised in a while or keep up what you are doing, with modifications.  Exercise will make delivery and taking care of baby so much easier.

Here is what I do for exercise.  Just some quick background, I woke up with good energy and ready to go, and felt good to do 45minutes of Turbo Fire exercise.  This is at 630am, yes, this early.  But it works for me to get in the exercise at home before having breakfast with my 4yr old and hubby.  Remember, you can do plenty of modifications and still enjoy your exercise and become more fit.
