Tuck Jumps – Yes, You can Do This!! Insanity!

Practice makes perfect!!  This tuck jump has taken a lot of work to get my knees up to my chest.  You can do this too – assuming your knees are in good condition..  Just think — crunch your abs and bring your knees to your chest, almost like making yourself into a ball.  It works!!  You will get out of breath, but it’s not for everyone.   I practice all the time in front of people as I teach Insanity.  Love it!!  If you want to teach it, Let me know and I’ll send you to the discount page!
