The stars simple formula: sweat for an hour doing cardio exercise, like running or whatever you like. And do yoga or other stretching exercise. The sweating of cardio and the bending and twisting of yoga helps flush toxins away from our organs and fat tissue. This may lead to weight gain or bloating. Bloating might also lead to weight gain, just because we have more stretching and more area to fill with food too.
So be sure to mix up your exercise at home or exercise in the gym program with both cardio exercise and stretching exercises such as yoga and pilates. Keep it fun and you will see a flatter belly, less bloat, less inches!
