Here’s a delicious chocolate smoothie recipe that will fill you up until lunch!
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
3-4 frozen strawberries
…3-4 frozen pineapple pieces
1/2 banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
Be sure to buzz it up in a blender to make it smooth and wonderful. This is really the healthiest meal of the day now! Enjoy Shakeology!
