When I think of exercise and its benefits, I think of all the freedom I have physically. That I can do so much of everything, so much in less time. I can be a “super Mom” if I want to be! The opposite of all this physical freedom is disability.
With a consistent exercise program, we are working towards a great attitude and great physical freedom. We can get both!
Exercise can stress relief, some calmness, and more, helping our attitude to be great for our children and friends.
Exercise gives us great physical freedom as we lose weight, can move better, flexibility, strength and stamina to chase our kids and play in adult leagues – yet another fun thing to do!!
