A Busy Mom’s Best Time to Exercise
Today, I realized how good it was to exercise at 6am when I tried 11am. I was interrupted with important phone calls that I was waiting for. I was also interrupted by baby. So now I know that mid morning is not a good time to exercise at home.
At home Moms, you might have experienced the same. You found the bad time to exercise while at home but maybe you didn’t come back to exercising at home. Come back! Try another time. You will find a good time!
My best time is still 6am. My alternative time is around 4pm. Then 8 or 9pm should be fine as well since the house is usually quiet.
Moms, don’t give up! It’s so important that you have the stamina to have fun or to deal with your crazy children! You need to exercise for them and to keep your sanity, to have your time and to feel a change in your body. Exercise at home today!
