Only 2 years ago, October 31st, 2010. I got my measurements done and a photo and realized that I didn’t look any better than the previous measurement. I actually looked worse. In being real about what I did wrong, I blamed it on eating too much sugary stuff. At that point, I got so angry with candy that I said that it has to go out of sight, in the freezer, give it away, take it to work, just get it out of sight. This stopped my progress!! Candy was my enemy!! I was right! In just 2 weeks, I already felt and saw the change in my body. I dropped the candy and dropped the weight! And looked and felt better all over!
