Lost Weight – 40 lbs. with The Ultimate Reset & Slim in 6!

When my doctor told me that he needs to take my gallbladder out due to complication of me being overweight, having high blood pressure, and diabetes, I thought to myself that there must be another way to fix this mess I’ve made of myself. And there was—with The Ultimate Reset.

This past January I took on the 21-day Reset Challenge and lost 20 pounds! Never in my life have I felt better or had more energy. Plus, my hair started getting shinier and my skin was glowing. And the best part is, my gallbladder stopped bothering me so I no longer needed surgery.

I started walking between 30 and 45 minutes every day to keep the weight off, but I knew that if I really wanted to lose the amount of weight that I should, I had to step it up a bit. But I couldn’t have done this alone. My Coach John B. is an excellent motivator and role model. It was actually John’s success story that inspired me to get help and get serious about losing weight. His support, and that of our Challenge Group, were absolutely vital. Beachbody has so many resources and support groups that I was able to stay motivated and focused, so giving up was NEVER an option.

Today I’m healthier, happier, feel younger, and am so much more active that I’ve ever been in my life. My diet has also completely changed and I now recognize how important food is to my body. Now, exercise isn’t something I do every now and then—it’s part of my every day life and I’m so happy I made the change.
