This is a delicious raw snack! I love it on fresh organic cucumber slices as an amazing snack, appetizer, in an Ezekiel Pita pocket or wrap. Did you know Sunflower seeds are packed with vitamins, minerals and are a complete protein?
About 8 servings
2 cups of raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic crushed
1 big handful of fresh Dill
Himalayan salt to taste
Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined but still crunchy.
You can top cucumber slices with it or put it in an Ezekiel pita pocket with whatever toppings you like!
