Healthy Recipe: Carrot Cassarole

Ingredients
  • 2 cups carrots (cooked and mashed)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar (or ¼ cup honey)
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Blend all together. Put in baking dish, back for 30 min, 380degrees. Or until browned.
