Healthy Recipe: Carrot Cassarole

- 2 cups carrots (cooked and mashed)
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup sugar (or ¼ cup honey)
- 2 T flour
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- Blend all together. Put in baking dish, back for 30 min, 380degrees. Or until browned.
