Which Fruit to Choose? Orange or Pineapple

A great way to figuring out what fruit to choose is to see the foods side by side.  Let’s see what fruit has more “bang per serving.”  Right here, I see that oranges are the winner!  Oranges have more potassium, more fiber, more protein and just a little more calories!  I’d say this is the way to go.  Have sugary fruit after exercise or as a pick me up during the day.  Also, it’s better to eat the fruit than drink it.  You will get too much sugar if you drink it, a huge problem.. too much sugar, whether refined or fruit.
